It is quite funny how this guy was one of the strongest kaiju for a 1-2 years but got instantly nerfed to the bottom of the meta in post dmca. The nerf it really deserved. Most find this guy too weak, I say leave it. Or better yet rework it to something similar to faulerre because currently Nouctera is too unstable for a big rebalance. It can either get so much better, or so much worse. -MrAz

Cleric MUTO has certainly went through the balancing conveyor multiple of times, and yet this is the version I find to be the most balanced version of this kaiju by far. It was a pretty reliable land kaiju who struggled with fliers a lot. But due to the global flier nerf a couple of months back it can hold it's ground against fliers (somewhat). This kaiju in my own opinion is fine, and doesn't need to be subjected to more changes. -MrAz
