A bit mixed on this, as glacia still has the same trapper playstyle from pre dmca. This playstyle is heavily situational, and it doesn't help that sometimes it can get forced out of it's safezone against certain kaiju (This means that the glacia player needs to improvise in scenarios like this which is a good thing but I'm personally still salty about it.). It's just painfully mediocre, as I don't think many people love the whole trapper playstyle. It would be nice if it were more like rose bio in terms of gameplay. It still does ok outside of it's garden. But the garden is where he gets the most powerful and has an advantage against most kaiju. I just wish he had more mobility. -MrAz

Unfortunately for amorpesce it is a purely melee based kaiju just like hestatus, but it is nowhere near fast enough to be as effective. As most kaiju can run away from it and projectile/beam spam it to death. Maybe giving amorpesce a 25% projectile and beam resistance can help it's case? Then again it doesn't solve that it's a melee dps monster while also lacking in actual speed. Though the dash helps with this it's just amorpesce's misfortune of getting brought into a meta where beams and projectiles are more dominant then raw melee power. -MrAz

Frequently Asked Questions
Glacaialith has a trapper playstyle that can be situationally effective, particularly in its garden, but it suffers from mobility issues and can be forced out of its safe zone against certain kaiju. In contrast, Amorpesce is a melee-focused kaiju that struggles against faster opponents and projectile attacks, making it less effective in the current meta. Overall, Glacaialith may have situational advantages, but Amorpesce's lack of speed and reliance on melee makes it less effective in most combat scenarios.
Glacaialith's trapper playstyle allows it to set up defenses in its garden, potentially providing some protection against ranged attacks. However, it can still be forced out of its safe zone. Amorpesce, being purely melee and lacking speed, is at a significant disadvantage against ranged attacks, as it cannot effectively close the distance to engage. Therefore, Glacaialith has a better chance of survival against ranged attacks compared to Amorpesce.
Glacaialith is a character or entity known for its trapper playstyle, which has remained consistent since before the DMCA changes. It is designed to operate effectively within its safe zone, particularly in scenarios involving kaiju, but can struggle when forced out of this area.
Currently, there are no user-generated pros listed for Glacaialith. However, some cons include its reliance on a situational trapper playstyle, which may not appeal to all players. Additionally, Glacaialith can be forced out of its safe zone against certain kaiju, requiring players to improvise, which can be frustrating. Players have expressed a desire for more mobility and a gameplay style similar to other characters like Rose Bio.
Glacaialith features a trapper playstyle that is heavily situational. While it performs well within its garden, where it gains significant power against most kaiju, it can be considered mediocre outside of this environment. Players have noted that the character's lack of mobility can be a drawback, making it challenging to adapt in certain scenarios.
Player reviews of Glacaialith are mixed. Some appreciate the improvisational aspect required when the character is forced out of its safe zone, while others express dissatisfaction with the trapper playstyle, finding it less enjoyable compared to other gameplay styles. There is a desire among players for Glacaialith to have more mobility and a gameplay experience akin to that of Rose Bio.
Currently, there are no user-generated pros for Amorpesce. However, some cons have been noted, including its purely melee-based combat style, which makes it less effective in a meta dominated by ranged attacks. Users have pointed out that Amorpesce lacks speed, making it difficult to compete against faster kaiju that can evade its attacks. Suggestions have been made to improve its viability, such as adding projectile and beam resistance.
Amorpesce is characterized by its purely melee combat style. This means it relies on close-range attacks to deal damage, which can be a disadvantage in battles against kaiju that utilize ranged attacks, such as projectiles and beams.
Amorpesce is often compared to other melee-based kaiju like Hestatus. However, it is noted that Amorpesce is not as fast, which limits its effectiveness in combat. Many kaiju can easily evade its attacks and counter with ranged options, making it less competitive in the current meta.
One suggestion for improving Amorpesce's performance is to give it a 25% resistance to projectiles and beams. This could help it withstand ranged attacks better and make it more viable in battles where speed and ranged combat are prevalent.
