CoGM is a comprehensive guild management platform created for online multiplayer gaming communities, with a strong focus on massively multiplayer online role-playing games (MMORPGs). Designed by experienced guild officers, the platform combines roster management, event scheduling, combat analytics, attendance tracking, Discord integration, AI-powered insights, and gear management into a single solution. Its goal is to replace the collection of separate bots, spreadsheets, and third-party tools that many guilds rely on with one centralized platform built specifically for organized gaming communities. The platform currently provides full support for Black Desert Online (BDO) while also offering dedicated functionality for Throne and Liberty through its companion platform, Throney.gg. Additional games such as World of Warcraft Classic, Final Fantasy XIV, Albion Online, Warframe, Pax Dei, BitCraft, Aion 2, and several upcoming MMORPGs are included on the development roadmap. This multi-game approach allows communities that play more than one title to manage their members through a single account rather than maintaining separate management systems. One of CoGM's standout features is its extensive guild administration toolkit. Guild leaders can maintain unlimited member rosters, organize multiple characters and alternate accounts, manage recruitment, publish announcements, and schedule raids, PvP events, and community activities. Event participation is simplified through Discord integration, allowing members to sign up, confirm attendance, or decline invitations directly from Discord without needing to visit a separate website. Attendance tracking is largely automated, reducing administrative work for officers. The platform can monitor Discord voice channels during events to determine participation, eliminating manual attendance checks and making it easier to reward active members fairly. Attendance statistics are displayed over time, helping guild leaders identify participation trends and evaluate member activity across weeks or months. CoGM also provides advanced analytics for competitive guilds. For Black Desert Online, the platform records data from node wars and siege battles, including kills, deaths, kill-to-death ratios, class performance, combat timelines, momentum shifts, and detailed battle summaries. These statistics allow guild officers to analyze both individual and team performance while identifying strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement during future battles. Artificial intelligence plays an important role within the platform. AI-powered coaching analyzes player performance and generates personalized feedback using understandable language instead of raw statistics alone. Individual players receive performance grades, combat evaluations, class matchup analysis, trend reports, and recommendations that help them improve over time. Rather than only providing information for guild officers, every member gains access to a personal dashboard that tracks their own progress and highlights standout performances. Another notable feature is AI Gear OCR technology. Players can upload screenshots of their in-game equipment, and the platform automatically extracts important statistics such as gear score, attack power, defense power, class information, and additional combat metrics. This automation removes the need for manual data entry while giving officers an accurate overview of their guild's equipment progression. CoGM includes an integrated DKP (Dragon Kill Points) and loot management system that helps guilds distribute rewards fairly after raids, wars, and other activities. Officers can track earned and spent points, manage loot auctions, and maintain transparent records of reward distribution. Combined with attendance tracking and performance data, this system simplifies one of the most time-consuming aspects of guild administration. The platform features a highly customizable permission system with more than one hundred thirty granular permission settings. Guild leaders can assign different responsibilities to officers, recruiters, raid leaders, and moderators while controlling access to individual actions instead of relying on a single administrator role. This flexibility allows organizations of different sizes to create management structures that match their leadership hierarchy. CoGM is designed for fast deployment without requiring lengthy setup procedures. New guilds can create a community, connect their Discord server, and begin scheduling events within just a few minutes.
